Classic Documentary Series held at the Directors Guild of America Theater. The series of classic documentaries is part "Times Talks," the New York Times speaker series dedicated to discussion of the arts, entertainment, and society. The films screened in the series thus far are: For All Mankind, Hearts of Darkness: A Filmmaker's Apocalypse, and The Specialist. The series includes panel discussions with audience Q & A and champagne receptions with the directors after each screening. Due to the strong turnout and favorable reviews, planning is now underway to continue the monthly series this fall.
